  While inspecting your new home the inspector will inspect as many components of your home as are available for him to do so. The inspection is a visual inspection of all components of your home. While destructive discovery is not allowed, an inspector may open such items as heating units, water heater inspection plates,and electrical panels if access able to insure proper function and installation.

   While there the inspector will look and inspect many components such as: Heating, plumbing,electrical,foundations,and all components held within. Attic space insulation and all components held within. Exterior of the home such as roof, siding, porches and decks,drainage,windows and doors and many more. The report will be a full picture of any issues your home may have.

   You will then receive a full repot of your new home, complete with pictures to help you understand what is being described.
