 I have worked in the construction business for approximately thirty years. I have worked masonry, framing, residential glass, drywall, and carpentry.I have hands on experience in many areas  and stages of home construction.

    Current member of two home inspection associations : NWOCHI, and AII, which both are great resources of information to keep up with current building standards and practices.

  Participates in 15 to 25 hours of continuing educational units yearly to keep apprised and up to dated with current building and inspection practices
